THE DETERMINATION OF DIMETHOATE INSECTICIDE RESIDUES UPON THE CUCUMBER PRODUCT (SIVAND ZONE)

خیار سبز یکی از مهمترین محصولات جالیزی سیوند می باشد که خیار سیوند را می توان یکی از مرغوب ترین و با کیفیت ترین خیارهای جهان نامید در اين بررسي باقيمانده حشره کش فسفره ديمتوات بر روي خيار که یکی از مهمترين محصول صيفي منطقه سیوند است که در سال 1383 اندازه گيري شده است . منطقه به 3 زير حوزه رود کر، رود کرسيوند و زير حوزه سيوند تقسيم گردیده . در هر يک از زير حوزه ها، 6 محل جهت نمونه برداري انتخاب شدند و از خيارهاي مربوط به هر محل هنگام عرضه به بازار به صورت تصادفي نمونه برداري صورت گرفت. نتايج بدست آمده از آزمايش ها نشان داد که، 66.7% نمونه ها مقدار باقيمانده ديمتوات بيش از حدود استاندارد، 22.2% از نمونه هاي باقيمانده کمتر از حد استاندارد ولي نزديک به آن و در حدود تحمل و در 11.1% از نمونه هاي برداشت شده حشره کش ديمتوات ديده نشد.
در مقايسه نتايج بدست آمده از بقاياي حشره کش ديمتوات خيار، اين 3 زير حوزه با اختلاف معني داري مشاهده نشد و مقايسه نتايج بدست آمده محصولات در مناطق انتخاب شده در 3 زير حوزه با حدود مجاز به وسيله آزمون T-test انجام شد زيرا در اکثر مناطق عدد بدست آمده P>0.05 بود که اختلاف معني داري هم مشاهده نشده است.

In this survey, residue of Dimethoate phosphate insecticide upon the cucumber product (that it is the most important truck farming in the SIVAND zone) was measured in 2004. In this study from TLC Scanner method was used. The area divided to subdivisions included: Kor River, Korsivand River and Sivand sub-basin. In the each of these subdivisions, 6 places were selected for sampling. And from cucumbers of each place in as exhibit to market, the sampling carried out into accidental. The obtained results of examinations, war presented that: in 66.7% of samples, measure of Dimethoate residue was upward of standard. In the 22.2% of samples, the residue was less than of standard, but it was near of it and in the tolerance records. In the 11.1% of yielded samples, didn't watch Dimethoate insecticide.
By comparison of obtained results from residue of Dimethoate insecticide in cucumber in these 3 basins, with use of Kurskal-wallis method, didn't watch significant difference and comparison of obtained results, the commodities in selected areas in 3 subdivision with limits by T-test, as most of areas, P>0.05 was and also didn't watch signficant difference.
